These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Movira mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using Movira, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Movira. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its infrastructure, or other users' use of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its original content are owned by Movira and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Movie and TV show information is provided for discovery purposes and remains the property of its respective owners. You retain ownership of content you create, such as your watchlists.

5. Advertising

Movira may display third-party advertisements to support the app. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and Movira is not responsible for their content, products, or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movira and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
